Prices for our products are stated in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us is not formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

This website and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Scots Global Trading Limited. This includes, but is not limited to, all text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, as well as the "Scottish Perfumery" brand name, the "Sovereignty Series" collection name, and all individual product names (e.g., "CREST 1306", "VICTORY 1314", etc.).

This material is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, content, or product branding without express written permission from us.
