All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

During peak periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to customers within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with reliable national and international couriers to ensure safe delivery.
Estimated delivery times (from the date of dispatch):

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note: Estimated dates are provided by couriers and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, delivery service, and order weight.
Free standard UK delivery may apply on orders above a specified value — please refer to promotional details displayed on the website.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or local customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.


5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, an email confirmation will include your tracking number and courier details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier’s system.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays beyond our control can occasionally occur. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by:

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Provide your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or missing contents to assist our investigation.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@scottishperfumery.com — we will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.


9. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was refused, not collected, or the address was invalid, a re‑delivery or restocking fee may apply.
Refunds for undeliverable parcels will exclude the original shipping cost.
